I mean sold in a sense of &quot;Marketing campaigns can be measured with all kinds of analytics programs. Yet Social Media is more about “conversations” with ...&quot; My college days remind me that just about every &quot;marketing measurement&quot; started out with a &quot;conversation with a customer&quot;. Anyway, no need for us to quip over silly little things like this. Eventually the &quot;social media&quot; people will get hungry or smart or busy -- or all -- and will start selling what they have. In some respect Web2.0 is ultimately more measurable than anything out there. But leave that to the geeks to figure out how to do it and the suits to use it and get business.</description>
