Core Practice Areas:

Private Sector Division

Social Media & Digital Media Research + Analysis
Using our proprietary search and analysis tool, mediasphere360 and our team of analysts and researchers, we search across all Social Media channels (beyond anything Google, Yahoo! or Bing will find for you) and into the deep Web. We also research and analyze other Web information sources (news sites, academic papers etc.)

Social Media Research for Strategy
Working with advertising, marketing and public relations agencies or clients directly, we provide the research to help you develop effective strategies. We help clients find the right digital media channels to engage in through our research, then we help form the strategy.

Public Sector Division

Social Media & Digital Media Research | Domestic Policy
We work with Provincial, State, Municipal and Federal governments to provide research on citizen views, opinions and insights on domestic policy issues. Our work has ranged from post-conflict analysis to post-crisis response analysis and citizen views on proposed or current legislation. Our work is often complimentary to traditional research programs such as focus groups and interviews. We’ve worked with public relations agencies and other research organizations.

Social Media & Digital Media Research | Foreign Policy and International Affairs
Here we work with federal foreign relations departments, IGO’s and NGO’s. Our work in this area has ranged from assessing citizen views in the home country on engagement with other nations either in conflict situations, trade and related issues. We’ve conducted research for post-conflict and post-disaster response, citizen views in developing nations on aid relief and assistance and more. Projects are individually tailored to needs.

Social Media Research

Where is your online audience? What are they saying about you? This is where we come in. There's more social networks than just Facebook, there are hundreds of blog platforms and microblogs like Twitter. Real-time social media monitoring solutions don't provide the deep insights or reveal historical trends and issues. We do. When you really want to know what's happening in social media, we'll find it.
